Also, Sent, get that baby closer to the light. It will avoid stretching. What kind of floro is that? If it is a T-8 gradually get that baby as close as you can get her. A bit more every few hours so as not to burn it. It can go right almost touching the light as floros are pretty cool and should not burn your plant if you do it gradually.

Good luck. Just put her on a pot to raise her up.

That is natural and means the plant is healthy. Those T-5's will do you well. What range of tubes did you get? Veging 6400K, or bloom, 2700k for flower?

Looks healthy! Broad 2nd leaves for a seedling, which could mean it is indica. Not a lot of stretch, so that is good. At that stage I don't worry too much if they stretch a bit as when you replant them you can plant them right up to those round water leaves. And from my experiance they will develope deeper roots too. But not past those first leaves or you will drown it.

But wait till it fills that pot with roots first. Lots of time for that.

What is that soil you are using? I don't see any perlite in it. When you repot you should add 40% perlite to your soil, to keep it loose and full of air. Also helps with watering.

I think you're off to a good start. Just don't get "nute-happy". Don't feed them until those first smooth, round, feeder leaves turn yellow. Maybe, a week or two. Then, very lightly.

May the ganga gods smile on you and yours.

Pappy

cool cool i didnt know you could tell whether it was indica or sativa that early. i got the seeds from a bag of really dank exotics so im really hoping this baby delivers.

pappy - its in an organic mix that i picked up from home depot. i thought there was like a 10% perlite mix but your right i dont see a single piece as of yet.

When you get soil from home depot try and get something without any nutes in it. Many soil mixes have things added that do not do well for pot. They have a promix there, their house brand I think. That is good. Vid and pappy use Hyponex, real cheap, from wally world, but I can't get that here. But try to get one without nutes and always add 40% perlite to it. Also, the kind I got from there in the past had a ph listed on the bag of 6.5 to 6.8, which is perfect. Then add your own nutes to the mix, and there are many ways to go. Videoman and pappy and I use pretty much the same thing, bonemeal, some dolimite lime, and they use bat guanno I think, but I add some Fox farm Anerican pride as I cannot seem to find bat guanno here, and a few other things. Read up on it. And ask questions before you need it. I always say if you want good bud, you have to have good roots, and the only way to do that is to have good soil. That is the feet of the plant.

Peace out.

hey to everyone who views this thread, i just put in 2 fans today for some circulation. bought a small fan for moving air and tore out a computer fan for exhaust. i also made the corner into a more light proof area. pics will be up in a few hours to those who are interested. oh yea my plant is looking good today too! the second set of leaves are getting big and they each have 2 tiny leaves underneath them that are growing. Question: i find myself constantly going in to look at them thats not a problem for the plant is it?
