hey everyone-found your forum while searching for some answers and liked what i saw so guess i'll hang around for a while. Having not smoked much since the 70's, but a while back i quit all my meds and was astounded to find out that smokin worked better for my problems than any of the drugs they were loading into me, so here i am now with 9 plants growin, and no doubt gonna need a little help here and there. Have been an avid gardener for years and am finding out weed is pretty easy to grow-takes off like a weed, so i know i can grow it--just dont know all the tricks of the trade- which is why i'm here. I started my journal on another site but read that you welcome members here from other sites so here i am. Am very interested in the medical side of things as i use to replace meds need to find out the best types for me. Now dont get me wrong-i love a good buzz but my interest above all is mj use for medicine- the buzz comes naturally. here's a pic of my first plant-this was my practice run and it got me hooked. Looking forward to get to know all of you-thanx

told ya'll i was a total newbie-lots to learn about forums, i read this entire page coupla times before i realized everyone was talkin to me so thanks to all-I have a grow journal on another site-is it OK to start it on this site also?

yeah... no problems with starting here, welcome welcome welcome. We tend not to be quite as biased as some other places... just make sure you are aware of the GP rules and its really pretty simple. I have to say, for a practice run, that baby probably had more on it then I got out of my last indoor grow all together. Hope you stick around and share with us, and feel free to ask whatever you need to.
