The short story cool?
My first full on successful crop was under flo's in 1989 from bag-seed.
I kept on.
I found some Internet friends through Marc Emery's original Cannabis Cafe site
in 95' or 96' if memory serves. Some of these beautiful people are still dear friends.
Made my first trip to Vancouver in 96-97 for my first purchased beans. NL x Haze and NL x bubbleberry and something else that apparently wasn't all that memorable
Lucked into a cooperative/club thing and had world-class DNA available. I still consider myself very very fortunate to have been a part of it.
I have been on "sabatical" since 2001 due to having teenagers and other some other minor considerations (business).
I got my Med-Status in February and I AM STOKED to be back at it.
I'm getting by with a little help from my friends
My M/O is generally Perpetual harvest in soil, using organics. I have used and really liked DWC/buckets. I have also done veggies and pot in an aquaponic system...mas fina.
On the menu now;
Jacks Cleaner2 x pacifica
Jacks Cleaner2 x Grand Daddy purps
Cali-O x ESB (a very special old california orange cutting known as the ae77 cut crossed with OT1's ESB (He is an old timer on uk420)
Blue crush x (nl5 x sk1) Blue crush is the same orange crossed with vic high's BlueBerry which was a cross of the Sag BB and the DJ short BB. Breeding line 7 I think.
Stonehedge x G13 (airborne cut)
and last but not least, a single straight Vic's BB from seed.

I'm just getting rolling and getting cuts in the cloner. Building out a new cabinet system these next two weeks while the family is out of town

Just caught a good news story on the local network (King5) and they were discussing the issue with some protestors today. Being an election year our group (CannaCare.Org) and others like it are making this as big an issue as possible.
