Default LEDs/CFLs VS HID/HPS

I've have started an experiment w/8 seedlings in soil,24"w X 21"d X 49"t Wardrobe box(foil lined),24v circulation & thermostatically controlled ventilation,2-225 red/blue LED panels overhead and 65w
6500k CFL(will change to 60w 2700k CFL in bloom)by adding addl.
CFLs to the LEDs I hope to increase yield & bloom time.
AND ALL THIS AT LESS THAN 120 watts... IN 16 CUFT
Please check out this dude has just about got it right(bloom time?)

I thank all of whom have contributed to my research thus far.

right, feed us some pictures and facts please - what else are you doing there? tell us about your medium, fertilizers, feeding schedules, the lumen per watt ratio of your LEDs and what LEDs you are using exactly - plenty of questions rain down on you now

I,m trying to keep it simple, I'm using a soil mixture of bagged garden soil(no added fertilizer or moisture gel)mixed with perilite/vermaculite/peat...
As of now I'm watering twice daily 4oz of rooting solution/water on flood/drain.
I just put them into there first pot(5"peat pot)inside a 5" nursery planter, this raises peat pot off bottom of tray giving 1"of air space to bottom of peat pot.
I'll use Miracle-gro 12-4-8 to feed(switch between that and worm casing tea)
I dont have a light meter(yet)so I can't tell what the lumen per watt is.But I can say
is my LED Panels are 12"x12" square contain 60 blue & 165 red LEDs each, they use 13.8 watts of power, are full spectrum, and 1 panel will supply 18sq" of surface area of
with light. PURCHASED FROM: LEDWHOLESALERS_INC (e-bay)
