Boston's Best is on a distinguished road
Default Boston's Best

Hey Green Passion world, I have been reading this forum for quite a few months now and I finally have an account. I have accounts on other forums but do not really post or ask questions, I just read. I'm finally putting together my first grow journal online. Not my first grow, but it will be my first time sharing it with the internet world.

I received my seeds today! I will be doing hand watered hydro with rockwool. I am also trying out some House and Garden instead of the Botanicare I ran last time. I hear rave reviews from CA growers and friends about the Van de Zwaan line, and I want nothing but the best. I used the full line of the PBP and I will use all of the H&G products in the Aqua Flakes regiment. H&G is not supposed to be aerated so a hand watered set up should work good with those nutes.

I have my own style well established. I am a connoisseur. I want the best for me and my plants. I am not afraid to spend some money. But I am also handy and prefer to do it myself, unless the results are so much better with a store bought product. I prefer organic, but I will settle with organic based, as in the case of House and Garden. I love stinky and sweet herb. Sativa's my favorite all around but for Indica I love me some skunk!

Let me show you CA people how hard we do it over here on the east coast! Ill be growing up some Euro style skunk weed starting this week, stay tuned...

Peace, Love and Cannabis,
Boston's Best!

P.S. Please do not refer to our friend the cannabis plant as "marijuana/marihuana" or "weed" on my threads. There is too much stigma attached to those words. Please refer to the plant we love to grow, smoke, eat and live by with a name other than the "M" and "W" words. Lets spread social awareness for this wonderful plant by removing these negative words associated with it. Thanks!

in regard to which strain you should choose, you should select those that have the traits that would accommodate the conditions of the grow room, and would most likely help your particular symptoms. you can cross reference these on Granny Storm Crow's list here.

Deb-Has-Grn, nice to see a Maine grower here. I hear you are quite plentiful up there with those sweet laws. Ever try Coast of Maine products? There soil looks amazing...

You know I had the worst time this year trying to find all organic materials, nuts and all, I ended up using seedling soil until I got them outside. It all is that darn miracle grow crap in every store, hardware or even the nursery's. So I'll definately go on line to check them out and see were they are located,, Thanks for the heads up. How did you know I needed that,,lol

the stigma with MARIJUANA stems from the early prohibition days.

by giving it a HISPANIC sounding name they were able to stigmatize cannabis as a lowly MEXICAN SCOURGE if you will. something foreign and deadly and unwanted. classic racism and fear mongering at its best.

welcome and post some tasty bud pics!!!
