Well the thoughts been there, but no bags have been packed.(yet) I"ve still have a smidgin of hope that thru education and perseverance we can get the laws changed. Not just here, but Nationally. With Web sites like this and others like it we spread the word. One bud at a time.

I have Chron's disease and MS. I tell the people who ask. I smoke weed to keep from shitting myself and twitching alot. They usually laugh. But really, would you rather me be stoned? Or sitting next to you and shitting myself and twitching alot? Most people would choose stoned. I try to make my problem (because it is) and not anyone else's.(because it's not) I have an aunt who is in the same boat with the MS (just farther along) and she has found that smoking weed helps her too. For that I am thankful. I live my life the way I want to because in 10 to 15 years I will more than likely be in a wheelchair. I dont piss and moan about it because it does no good. I owe it to myself and everyone around me to live my life to the fullest. But of course some days are better than others.

My wife had been prescribed an anti-depressant called Efexor for several years. Our medical insurance changed last year and I opted for a very high deductable, and I found out what the drug was costing. With the old insurance it was $20 per month. With new ins about $108. Her doctor said there was no cheaper substitute. Her NEW doctor gave her a couple alternatives which worked just as well, and cost about $10 per month. I suggested MJ. She doesn't use the hard drugs anymore.
