Withdrawls???

40+ years of daily use. I have stopped smoking for several days to several weeks, because of job changes (UA), or just because I had nothing to smoke. I have never experienced any ill effects.

I sure would like to be with you, for your first toke after the trip. That is going to be one BIG BUZZ!

the reason why think about taking a break again - currently i load a bowl and finish it in one big toke to only load the next and after a week or two it will hit me again like thor's hammer and this is still some great bud that knock out average joe in a single toke - friend of mine just had a toke of it sunday night and he past out after just that. snored for 2-3h on the couch, so i say it is still fully potent...

i guess this is also the effect if you smoke mainly bud from one strain and batch. you stack up certain THCs till the buffer level is reached and then you either try some other strains or take a break. i figure this to my observations that if some some other strain, as i'm over and a friends place and they took care for the beverage, and then I feel it roll again as it is supposed to roll

been there done that. with the only drawback wanting to and not doing. no withdrawls or nothin. now im happy to say i am a medical patient and dont have to go without

I'm currently on a two year quitting streak, unfortunately not by choice. The first six months of so was pretty smooth sailing, but after that, the mental cravings started to kick my ass.

I actually fell into a moderately deep depression last fall/winter because of this. Smoking had been pretty much a way of life for me for a very long time, and to suddenly be without started to become too much. There were several other compounding factors as well, though. I had recently moved to a new city and didn't/still don't have many friends, and I also don't know anyone here that smokes. I can sometimes see/smell it, but I'm never in a position to approach any other partakers, whether it be because I'm driving and see them in another car, or I'm at one of my jobs and they come in as customers.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not looking for sympathy, and have accepted my fate, but the worst times for me is when I dream of bud. Waking up after dreaming all night about harvesting plants, rolling blunts, and smoking with my friends of yore is one of the worst feelings I've felt. I haven't had much in the way of physical withdrawls, but the mental withdrawls have been a bitch.

However, there is one positive in all of this. Once I finally AM able to partake again, my tolerance will be incredibly low. :D
