|  Withdrawls??? Hey all, I had to travel to the midwest for a week long business trip, and taking the meds along was absolutely not an option. Oddly aside from the business end of the trip going great, I haven't had any withdrawl issues to speak of. Interesting...after 2 years of daily use of up to 3 gr. a day, stop cold turkey......and hardly a whimper (if that) of a withdrawl symptom. And I expected it to come! Never happened. I've stopped before when I smoked recreationally many years ago) and had some real irritability issues...this time there ain't been diddly-squat...just one night I was slept a bit fussy...and that was litle jet lag. Can't wait to get back home (Thurs night)...gonna try and roll a big fatty, go sit on the porch and see if it's possible to fade into the herbal vegitation surrounding me...  Anyone else ever stop after that long and not have any withdrawls at all? ISO

| Yup. No problemo. I know when my man was in the hospital he had no choice. He did want to smoke, but no physical problems or anything. It is not like heroin or anything. It is a mental craving, more than a physical one.

| I stopped smoken for 3 weeks. Thought I might go after a job @ the boys school now that my little one will be in all day. No problems at all. Then I got a bottle of flush,  I'll use when they call me I don't want to stop for a maybe pee test. | ||||||||

| It's just like jangel says,it's a mental thing. Unless your using to control a mental thing, and in that case you'll just go crazy until you get home. Thursday comming,hang on. Peace

| yeah, at best you have some mental cravings for some tasty bud but not too many physical signs besides maybe weight lost if you take a longer toking break.

| Guys, I have stopped for a few months after a brief run in with The Boys in Blue and like you all have said, no physical symptoms of withdraw...just a little craving for some dank nuggets! but that is expected...i do not think there are many side effects from going cold turkey, no matter how long you have constantly burned. Ice

| I've taken breaks off & on for various reasons & aside from a slight irritability from looking @ my herb & wanting to burn one, but having the willpower not to... I'm fine. Let an alcoholic try that with booze, or a crack head try that with a rock. I do a heck of a lot worse when I've tried to quit cigarettes... No one wants to be around me!
