Hi guys, I just need more information on this subject matter. I would like to open up a dispensary in the north county san diego area - eventually. I think I may be better off just growing for clubs that are already open, but as far as the legality of me growing in a whole house...or 2 ....somewhere, Is all I really need are some signatures of a couple people and a few photo copies of their as well as my medical papers? Iv'e heard so many stories as far aas whats what and can't seem to find a clear answer anywhere on the net....so...I'm asking here. Thanks guys.

Hey ecto, passion. I was kinda wondering about that myself. I'm older, disabled and on pain meds and find that cannabis really help me stretch out the effects of opiates. Ya know, I can keep from escalating my opiate usage, which is good, and thought i could help other patients buy selling quality at fair prices.
In California when AB420 was in effect, it more less spelled it all out, but since ab420 was deemed unconstitutional, we now have to play it by prop 215, which seems vague about the specifics.
I used to supply legal patients with paperwork, but patients come and patients go. I didn't want to supply the dispensaries because of their high profits, but untill we have another guideline, maybe the safest way is the dispensaries as I think clubs have patient paperwork and can set us up that way, just so our butts are covered. I'm gonna reread prop215 and see what I can find.
I don't wand to get in trouble.

So I was wondering if this site could hook up recommended patients with caregrowers? Or would that be considered conspiracy
to traffic. It is legal if both parties are legal, according to Prop. 215. Are we hosted in California?

Be careful about the amount you grow. You need a current patient for every 1-6 plants. I was told to stay under 100 plants and always maintain at least 25 patients. So Cal is really tough. Go to a lawyer and set up a non-profit corporation and always pay the taxes on everything. Growing in a whole house will probably get you prison time if caught. If someone is making tens of thousands of $$$$ a month off of this then that really isn't compassion growing...thats a drug dealer as viewed by the law.
