Rep Power: 500 | | interesting little discovery yesterday.. Got something sticky to get unstuck?
so i was uber baked (what's new right?) yesterday and i was thinking about making some brownies, then it hit me...
no secret that thc and all the sticky goodness is oil soluble...
so i trimmed up a few buds and got my hands all sticky, then dumped about 1tbsp or so of veg oil on my hands and worked it in for about 10-15 seconds, then washed that off with some dish soap..
voila! -- 90% of the sticky was gone off my hands that fast..
super cheap, really easy, and works way better than iso alcohol!

I use Baby oil to get the gunk off my hands after cleaning a pipe. Helps 'em smell better, too!

Rep Power: 92 | | Even better Better than that... After getting your hands all worked up, and oily, take em to your lady friend and give her a Neck/Back massage- and what ever else that may lead too

Related- Vegetable oil also will help remove engine oil from your hands. The two oils mix and the engine oil can be wiped off much easier. Takes a bit longer, but doesn't damage your skin like using other solvents like gas, etc.
Also rubbing a little vegetable oil on your hands before spray painting makes cleaning your hands easier.

A little veg oil or peanut butter also gets gum or labels unstuck. Works great on gum in kids hair! Or dogs hair! i use peanut butter all the time.
Peace

Very interesting indeed folks and useful, what with trimming up my buds and playing with the engine on my new cycle (I'm a compulsive fiddler when it comes to my bikes)my fingers seem to be constantly sticky(there's a joke in there somewhere)
Anyway as usual GP has the answer(s)
Cheers for the info guys and gals. T | | The Following 2 Users Say Thank You to Mr Tumnus For This Useful Post: | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
