i use MMJ to fight insomnia, i have restless leg syndrome....like my diabetics do. usually takes me a couple hours to get to sleep and i run on low hours much like you. grab a strong indica and you can get to bed usually within 30mins-1hr (at least for me). you will notice that some strong indicas work better than others for different people. for example: a friend recommended blueberry which is what he uses for sleeping, however i found out this strain seems to make my mind wander alot which doesnt help me with sleeping. personally my favorite strain for insomnia and relaxation is Northern Lights. give me a good body high that lets me relax and pass out.
