yes it allows me to grow 6 mature or 12 immature plants legally under state law (not federal law, a federal agent can still arrest me for it...i know....crazy US laws....). Although unless I am a primary caregiver for other patients or a dispensary, I can only have 8 ounces on me at any given time maximum.

that card is a double edge sword. sucks to get(cause your sick) but rules when you get it, hell ya i can smoke now. in oregon i can has 24 plants. of those only 6 can be in flower. i can has 1.5 lbs on me
