Can you get medical shit everywhere?

I got a friend from LA and he always talks about medical weed and how good it is. Now I am in SA town Texas and I havent even seen medical weed and I want to try it. Does anyone know if medical is everywhere in us or just Cal.?

"Medical Weed" is not a specific strain, but a high quality smoke that is generally grown to meet the specific needs of the illness of a patient.

There are hundreds (if not more) illness that MJ is a superb treatment for, therefore there are numerous requirements for different compounds from within various strains. In my case, I am not smoking due to pain, but for vestibular disease issues where a moderately strong Sativa is superior in theraputic value over a strong Indica that another med user might use for severe pain.

There is much more to it all than that, but that's the basics.

I think there only about 8 states in the country that have passed MMj laws, so if you are not in one of those states you probably wont find it there. I don't think Texas is one, I have in-laws near Houston and there pretty back country there. If you take your time and follow some of the things you see here you'll grow just as good smoke on your own.
