I recently was on my way home from going to the store and spotted what looked like a low flying helicopter at first glance as I got closer I took notice to a guy dressed in black hanging out the side with some kind of thermal imaging gear aiming toward the ground. (Looking for Plants) Was only like 15ft above a highway im not even sure thats legal on there part considering it was a great distraction to other drivers. There was no marking on the helicopter not even a aircraft ID number look federal but who knows. :joda:

Drug Dogs Used to Destroy Rights in Oklahoma

Tulsa World: Dogs with a job (http://www.tulsaworld.com/news/article.aspx?subjectid=11&articleid=20091108_11_A1_Oklaho203373)

The false positive rate on the dogs was nearly 40%, with their use being unfairly targeted against hispanics, despite evidence showing that whites and blacks were more likely to actually be involved in illegal narcotics.

*The dogs in Oklahoma have NOT been certified drug dogs for years, according to the article. *

And the current statistics show that they would NOT pass certification now. Really, these are fake drug dogs. (Which is why I think the article is named as it is...)

Dangerous to call police for help

I just watched a story on our local News program.

A man called the cops on an intruder. The man physically encountered the intruder of his home and got in a fight with him. When the cops showed up with a Canine, they sicked the dog on the man that called the cops. The dog chewed up his leg and his arm severely. A neighbor had to get the cop to call the dog off because he wasn't listening to the man that was being attacked by the dog. The neighbor was yelling, "Stop, stop... he lives here!" The cop allowed the intruder to get away while the home owner was being chewed up by the dog. Both the neighbor and the home owner were yelling at the cop that the bad guy was getting away.

The story failed to report if they ever caught the bad guy... which probably means he got away.

It's rare that a cop actually gets there while the perpetrator is still present. It's sad that when they do manage to get out of the doughnut shop in time to actually catch somebody they get the wrong guy.

Hey guys, I live in the states, where it is illegal to fly over w/o a warrant. Yet, i'm POSITIVE I've seen FLIR helicopters flying in my neighborhood. I'm assuming that if their flying overhead, they already suspect someone is growing around me. My question to you my fellow green thumb's is: Should i proceed to start my garden knowing the pigs are already flying overhead? I'm using a 600w HID and my setup will be in the basement, room in a room type setup. The heat will be ventilated within the house. Also, any quick shout outs of reputable seed co.'s that will deliver to the states? The ones I have researched all say they won't deliver to countries where seeds are illegal. THANKS GUYS,
