First off: Listen to j-angel she knows her stuff.
You have to make sure there are not beads of water sitting on the leafs when the light hits it. These beads of water can act as magnifying glasses and burn your leaves. From this point on you will give your little seedlings either 18 or 24 hours of sunlight per day. Some people say 24 hours gives faster growth and others say that 18 hours is better as it gives the plants some time to rest. Given that you are using such a large light for such little plants I would, at least initially, go for 18 hours of light.

PS. What do you mean by "strong this time of the year here so 10.00-19.00 is really nice for them.". Is this the number of hours of light you are supplying the plants?
