i spray a lot of water on them to prevent burning an i adjusted the lamp on 60cm.when i say out in the sun i mean near my room balkony door behind the glass the sun is constant and strong this time of the year here so 10.00-19.00 is really nice for them.thanks for the links people very helpfull but i'm still confused about 24/0 18/6 which one is better for seedlings and when to switch to 18/6 for vegging?i can't buy anything else right now because i spent all my savings for the 400w and some extra to build the grow room so i have to make it with what i have
