And the troop movement is also a bit sup., as far as i recall is the political relation ship between Moscow and DC down to almost full return to the old cold war. This offensive missile screen that is on its way to poland reanimates old russian fears again dating back to the revolutionary years when international troops fought the russian people that had enough of the czar and its regime - well we know they just jumped from the pan into the fire but hey, they had as much options offered back then as in an US presidential election
