Drying & Curing
Well today I checked up on the nugget and it's looking real nice. The stems are dry to the point they crack so I know it's ready for curing. I got a quick shot of the nugget but excuse the blurryness. I will update when I've cured it for a few days and update you guys on the taste and smell! It smells pretty damn nice already.
