Hey Bsiz,I make my living whit tools{carpenter}cheap tools are something we dont use alot.I would take a look at pond shops.Home depot and lowes sell what we call home owner tools and the good stuff too.Black and decker,skill both have a fair saw,drill.Dewalt drill bits in a kit for about $20.00 and you got a good set of bits,that will last you a long time.I would say the skill brand circle saw for around $40.00 and there drill for around $30.00 or $35.00. They will last you along time and give you good service.Look around yard sales I find good stuff all the time and you can talk them down alittle too. PEACE
