just fyi, many municipal water systems are using chloramine, instead of chlorine. its basically i believe chlorine with an extra hydrogen molecule, allowing it to be much more stable. that means it cant be bubbled out of water, in any amount of time, it cant even be boiled out. theres no real simple way to get rid of it other than with an RO filter system. |
