I think you mean venting the air out of the cab, if so 250w and 150w are not very hot. You can help heat issues by
increasing the CFM vented
increasing the size of the intake

For both heat and getting healthy fresh air to the plants I like to make sure (and many recommend) exchanging the air completely every five minutes at the minimum

you can use an online calculator to find out the needed CFM's to acccomplish this
