I live in CA. Kieahtoka you are right, the Dr. not the clinic checks your medical reason. BUT in my opinion there too many Dr.'s out here giving referrals to anybody thats got $150.00. My Dr. requires you to have documintation proving a medical condition before she will give a referral. A friend of mine got one with-out any paprework at all. (Different Dr.) He said the people were lined up around the block, and most looked pretty healthy. Mostly were kids (20 year olds). The feds will use any excuse to disobey our CA. law. |
