Wow. Using this logic, the owners of every alcohol distributor in the country could be indicted for selling someone alcohol if the purchasers then get in an accident. If you over serve someone at a bar it is one thing, but I fail to see how the owners of the distribution center are accountable for how/when the product is used.
Does a pharmacist run the same risk if I pick up my prescription, then take too many pills and drive into a cop and parked car?
The point in the indictment that indicates undercovers were purchasing MJ for "no serious medical ailments" makes me laugh too. 1/2 the people on prescription medication don't have "serious medical ailments" either. Most of them are just addicted and can't quit... and who would want them to? Certainly not the Pharmecutical companies who make all the $, then line the pockets of the politicians by way of donations. |
