to replant a plant in full flower is no big thing, let it dry a bit and when it is time for the next watering take the rootball out and replant the thing.

BUT, to replant in flower is a bit late as not too many root grows goes on in this period, so to plant them into huge pots won't add to the yield, actually could weaken it as the energy is diverted from the buds to the root system.
