You should mix fresh at each feeding. Never a good idea to mix nutes and let them sit before feeding. Only exception I can think of is a organic tea or the like.

I often only have a single plant to water, and I like to pour at least 1/2 gal though them, so, I mix approx. 1.5 tsp. of molasses in a cup of warm water, mix it good then blend with the 1/2 gal, pH and then feed immediately.
