you guys said the % of stuff in your molasses and that got me thinking so I pulled out mine to read it's

Calcium 10% Iron 15% and Magnesium 20%, is this better or worse? I remember looking at a couple different ones, and this had the same(or just about) serving size/ calories Sugar Carbohydrates etc but most of them had diff % of iron calcium and Mag, from like 2% mag and 8% Cal to like 25% and 20%, yet the same carbohydrate grams ( 16 in one and 15 in the other...)

so does anyone know what would be better to use?

I looked it up online here they are

Here is one

Serving Size: 1Tbsp. (15 ml). Servings per Container: About 24. Amount Per Serving: Calories - 60;
Percentage Daily Values; Fat - 0g, 0%; Sodium - 25mg. 1%; Potassium - 240 mg. 7%; Total Carbohydrates - 14g, 5%; Sugars - 10g, Protein - 0g, Calcium - 20%; Iron 25%; Magnesium 25%; Not a significant source of calories from fat, sat. fat, cholesterol, fiber, Vitamin A, and Vitamin C.

and here is the other that i use

Serving Size: 1Tbsp. (15ml). Servings per Container: About 24. Amount Per Serving: Calories - 60;
Percentage Daily Values; Fat - 0g, 0%; Sodium - 25mg. 1%; Potassium - 290 mg. 8%; Total Carbohydrates - 15g, 5%; Sugars - 11g; Protein - 0g - 0%; Calcium - 10%; Iron 15%; Magnesium 20%; Not a significant source of calories from fat, sat. fat, cholesterol, fiber, Vitamin A, and Vitamin C.

which one would be better? I'd think the one with higher % since then you could use less and not have problems with the soil being too sticky/mold?
