there will be always those that don't fear any risk if they can harvest a kick - and this fact makes any form of prohibition senseless.
Besides, couldn't the now risky meth labs and crack kitchens run legal under perfect condition with trained technicians once this prohibition is over?! not only that the end of prohibition will reduce the interests for hard drugs as they lose their gov made glory but it also takes those out of business that willingly harmed customers as it is now a legal product and therefore customer protection laws would come to effect, i bet you never thought into that direction, or did you?
