I noticed that also looks like the soil is very moist.
Would suggest adding more drain/air holes in the bottom.
These girls only need water once or twice a week.
Let them dry out for 4-5 days then feed/water them just until liquid comes out the bottom.And then watch them to determine length of days inbetween and how much to liquid to feed them.
Watch your nutes MG plant food works well(I use 12-4-8 liquid)follow label for mixing.
