Hey Smoke,That looks like mold or a spider that build it's nest.I would say it's more likely mold then bugs.If it's the one bud take it off just below the mold.and look and be sure you got it all.Put a fan in there moving air around too.The more the air moves the less chance of mold.You got the power back on and you should have the grow room humidity down around 38% and the temps down to a least 75 degree.they will recover fast.Just keep that good eye of yours on them and you will be fine.Sorry to here the power problem.After this harvest I would wash down the room with bleach and soap water and spair a fungus killer around the grow room too.Mold is a bad thing to have anytime.It can cause you to get sick.If you control the humidity you control the mold.Hope that helped.
