Thanks Folks! I raised the seedlings up closer to the lights and moved the reflector light up higher. I couldn't fit both reflector lights up high, so I am just going to grab another one of those "y splitters" and put two bulbs in one reflector light. Temperature has been a steady 78.

I am waiting for the two seedlings in dirt to break ground, but the other two sensi seeds don't seem to be germinating. I am not sure on the history on how these were stored, so it is possible they are no good.
