very nice GG, i like the cab, and i think you're right, the top is perfect for a cloning area
the bottom shelf you should make adjustable if it isn't already, you'll need the virtical space (although, with mommas, you can keep them pretty damned short)
another thing you might consider is some y splitters for each light socket(you can get them at Walmart, Home Depot, Lowes etc..., for under $2.00) that way you can double your lights (CFL's are just fine for vegging)
anyway, here's a pic of a splitter so you know what they look like (they come in black too)
