Hopefully, I've figured out what the solution is to these high temps.
The pump that was in there was a Mag Drive 700 GPH...waaayyyy too much pump for this little 5 gal aero-cloner...so, I changed it out this afternoon for a 296 GPH QuietOne 1200. Seems to still spray real well inside (just take the lid off and find out..LOL!!) and should be far cooler than that hot-monster that was in there.
Even with the ice bottles I couldn't keep the other one cool all night...2 ice bottles at midnight last night, and this AM it was 89 F. Don't think I killed 'em (they look OK) but if this don't work it's back to Rapidrooters and a humidity dome..:zombie:
If this works right I'll have some pics up in a couple days. I didn't want to post anything till I had all the bugs worked out of it.
