Hey man, if you're worried about temps, don't use the soda can reflectors. They reflect light and heat (which are technically the same thing). Thats why the temp at the top of the box was cooler: there was more heat bunched up underneath the reflectors.

The lights are still the 2 15w 6500k CFLS, i tryed adding more CFLs (which i only have are red spectrum lights and they run hot) and made the box almost 90 degrees! so i made soda can reflectors for the CFLs and it accutaly dropped the temp to 81 at the top of the box.
