Would it break your heart to be camping on the beach?
You would have to tolerate the beavers, raccoons and otters chasing around all night, not to mention the odd cougar that strolls through. Winters are a bit chilly, but there is plenty of deadwood laying on the beach, and every time it floods you would get more...course your wigwam would be under water too!
