It's called Light Stress Training, LST, or just training. Mogie, I think, started a thread about it a week ago or so. The only difference in this case than what I've seen already is that your buddy kept his plants going in a straight line. But then again, the point of LST is to maximise your light's footprint, so he did a good job of that. It would be neat to see a pic of that plant. Do you have one, Hobo? |
