From What I Read The Timer Run's The Pump In The Main Res (55gal. Drum) To The Controller Unit & To The Bucket's, When They Get Full The Float It Up & It Kick's On The Pump In The Controller Unit That Pump's It Back To The Main Res When The Bucket's & The Controller Unit Have Drained The Float Goes Down To Shut Off The Pump, So With That Said It Sound's Like The Problem Is In The Float, Maybe Sticking Or Hanging Up On Something?, So I Would Check Around There, If All Else Fail's See If The Manufacture Has A Online Trouble Shooting Site?
